Our Client's Stories

Hello there!

We are very excited to let you know we are in the process of creating a new section on the Happy Hound website: a wall for our client's success stories! We are inviting you to show your pride in your four legged friend and send us a photo, along with a one liner about how your dog has changed by us getting together.

Please email your photo and words and we will notify you when you are up on our wall of fame! And the best news is.... if you send this to us by December 22, 2010 we will enter your name into a draw for a doggie basket (value over $75)!

We look forward to receiving your emails and watching our new section grow with more and more success stories! Please let us know if you have any questions and we would be happy to help in any way we can.

Thanks so much!

Marcia

Christmas is Coming

1. Place the artificial tree up now without the decorations for 2 weeks for your dog to get use to the tree in the house then place those precious decorations on it. Therefore, if they are overly curious then they won’t destroy any sentimental decorations.
2. Keep chocolate and treats up high away from their level. This is a new challenge for me as I have an Irish Wolfhound puppy and he changes his size daily.
3. If you have lots of guests over the holidays then prepare yourself with great interactive toys. For toys recommended sheet, just send me an email at marciascott@sympatico.ca
4. Give yourself and your dog a good walk a day and set a goal of 1 km around your neighbourhood, land or street. If you need help with walking your dog on leash then I can help.
5. Cut up extra carrots for fantastic dog snacks.

- Are there behaviours you want to correct?
- Would you like solutions for separation anxiety?
- Have you adjusted your lifestyle to accommodate your dog?
- Are you walking your dog at specific times to avoid bad behaviour?
- Is your dog socialized?
- Are you using excuses for their bad behaviour?
